Designing the book covers shown above is a form of creative expression that incorporates my digital art into covers for imaginary books - books that I might like to read if they existed.   

Creative expression in the form of digital art is my therapy.  Certainly, I meet on a regular basis with a counselor at the VA – and we talk.  But, it was not until I started to express the fears and fantasies generated by sleepless nights and violent dreams that I was able turn those negative energies into a positive form, which in turn, relieves the PTSD symptoms for a while.
